Chor Leoni's spectacular evening At Home with Chor Leoni was a roaring success and the lions would like to thank everyone who attended. Even the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the beautiful gardens! We hope that you had a chance to chat with your favourite lion as they served you your wine or food, and that we'll see you at next year's function.
A huge lionistic roar of thanks goes out to our emcee, the indefatigable Maestro Bramwell Tovey (who obviously has a second calling as an auctioneer), Christopher Gaze, Simone Osbourne and Jeremy Bowes (our rising stars from the UBC Opera program), the donors of our amazing auction items, and for the committee that worked so hard to put the whole thing together.
Photos from the glittering event have been posted to our flickr account. Check them out and make plans to attend next year's fabulous evening of fun.

Circle of Compassion is a tour de force of male choral singing. Achingly beautiful, its controlled power will entrance and move you. This disc received the 2008 National Choral Award for Outstanding Choral Recording given by the Association of Canadian Choral Conductors. It is Chor Leoni at its finest and we offer it as compassion and consolation to all those who have suffered loss.
