Chor Leoni's Annual Fundraising Gala

On Wednesday October 4 Chor Leoni presents The Lions Sing Tonight IV, their annual fundraising gala, to be held in a 100-year-old heritage home in Shaughnessy. Our emcee for the evening is CBC's Rick Cluff, and VSO concertmaster Mark Fewer and friends will be providing entertainment along with other special musical guests.

The lions cook a gourmet meal, serve it, do all the set up and clean up, pour copious amounts of delicious wine, act as individual hosts - and sing! It's Chor Leoni 'up close' in a way that no concert experience could eve provide.

One past attendee (who has already purchased tickets for this year) described her experience this way:

"Have you ever wanted to star in your own Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers musical? (You don't have to sing or dance, of course). Then come to the Chor Leoni Gala event this fall. You dress up in your very best evening outfit, spend the evening at a gorgeous mansion, eat great food, drink terrific wine, and are serenaded by cute, attentive men all in white tie and tails. Worth every penny it costs (and you get a tax deduction for part of it as well)!"
