I don't really know how to write this comment except sporadically, so a-ok here I go!!!!!
The whole experience working with Chor Leoni was a fantastic time, and I think the best thing that came out of our experiences was the bonding - and the music! - but the bonding of so many people, especially from so many places, really was a defining moment in the time I've shared with CL. Especially the jokes! Although I think I've missed out on far too many.
It is important to remember that we are all the same no matter our flesh and blood, especially on Remembrance Day, and I think our bonding together has really pushed that concept forward. On to the music though, because we want talk about music and all the lovely things so!
The music choices were really excellent, and aside from standing up for a lengthy period of time (which was probably harder on Chor Leoni, since PROMYS could sit down) but it was just a fun romp learning, and the arrangements were superb. I could argue that we had problems, but those are moot points, and the whole point of music-making is to enjoy the result, not criticize on every note, rest or tone (Hi mom!!!).
Lastly, the criticisms: the only thing to say is that at this point I have no criticisms about PROMYS. Sorry guys! You'll have to find something infitesimally small if you want to go and nitpick!
Overall, I want to say thanks to Spencer, thanks to Diane, Bruce... thank you, Chor Leoni, for giving us such a wonderful time and experience. Thank you.
